Each print is custom made to your selections and words so it is totally unique to you. The options are shown on the image titles with separate codes.

Print sizes are either A4 (29.7cm x 21cm) Landscape or 7" x 5" inches Landscape so it's really easy to find both mounts and frames on the high street to fit your print. *Please note the Frames and Mounts are not included and are shown for illustration only*

You can add YOUR PERSONALISATION as shown below -

1. Name of Girl with Hair style Number + Hair Colour + Skin Colour  - then choose Body code + Gilet colour (if required) and any optional extras (see images for options) - E.g: Girl is Layla - Hair 17 Brown, Skin white + BY3 + Grey Gilet
2. Name of Horse and Horse colour with any markings required (see images for all options) + Halter colour (optional) OR Bridle & Saddle (optional) - Eg: Horse is Chester - Bay - Star - 4 socks + Red Halter (Please be clear about which legs socks/stockings are on if they aren't on all legs!! - specify "front right leg sock" etc)

I can email you a proof within 2 business days of your order to make sure you are happy with everything before your order is printed if you request one. Small changes can be made at this point only if you wish to swap anything. Please make sure to check your junk folders. Printing will only proceed once the Proof is approved. If you do not want to see a Proof beforehand, please confirm "No to Proof". For unapproved prints I will be unable to make any changes once printed and posted, and as this is a custom print I am unable to offer any refund or exchange unless damaged in the post.

When you have chosen your options, please include all steps above in the Personalisation boxes when you make your purchase. If any of these are missing or not clear, I will message you which could delay your order. Please check spellings, as I cannot be responsible for any mistakes in your order request. If something doesn't look right, I will message you to double check. If you do not respond to any request for missing details, I may have to cancel and refund your order as I will not be able to fully personalise.
