Refund policy

Non-returnable/refundable items

All custom products such as personalised items or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.  IndyWildheart cannot accept any responsibility for any errors and mistakes made by the purchaser in any personalisation requests.  Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about a personalised item.   

Damaged/defective items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at Indywildheart@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match your specific personalisation request, so that I can evaluate the issue and put it right for you as quickly as possible. 

Exchanges

I don't accept exchanges of any items.  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns on non-personalised items - Buyer must contact me and send item back within 14 days

Conditions of return

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us at IndyWildheart@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Helen Griffin IndyWildheart, 17 Redwing Close, Peterborough, PE2 8SS
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at IndyWildheart@gmail.com.
