Shipping policy
A4 prints, 8x10" inches, 8x8" inches, 7x5"inches or smaller:
Shipping to the UK is via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery (this is not tracked). Whilst this usually takes 2 to 4 days following posting, it can take longer in busy periods.
Shipping to Rest of World is via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Delivery. You can check Royal Mail's website for average time taken for delivery where you live.
A3 prints:
Shipping to the UK is via Royal Mail Special Delivery (a signature is required). Whilst this usually takes 2 to 3 days following posting, it can take longer in busy periods.
Shipping to Rest of World is via Royal Mail International Special delivery (this is tracked). This can be anything from 1 to 8 weeks. You can check Royal Mail's website for average time taken for delivery from the UK where you live.
IndyWildheart cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or any other Mail Vendors involved in the delivery of your item.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. IndyWildheart is not responsible for any customs or import taxes or delays due to customs. Please ensure you check what these are in your country BEFORE you purchase so there are no nasty surprises when the item is received in customs of your Country. If an item is returned by customs because the buyer would not pay import taxes, IndyWildheart will not refund the cost of any postage as this aspect has been fulfilled in good faith. A full refund of the item only (not the postage) will only be given if the item is received back in a re-sellable condition.
